Anhui Ningguo Chengxin Wear-resistant Material Co., ltd. was established in April, 2002, with chrome alloy cast grinding balls, cylpebs, liners & other steel components as its main products. Now our co***ny becomes a large wear-resistant material enterprise whose production capability achieves 40,000 metric tons of chrome alloy cast grinding balls&cylpebs, 10,000 metric tons of steel conponents by several years of hard work. As one of sponsor organizations for cast grinding steel balls national standard, we play an important role in the Chinese steel wear-resistant material industry and its technology innovation.
Our register capital is twenty million, total area is seventy thousand square meters with twenty thousand square meters building area, eight workshops, eleven sets of medium-frequency induction furnaces, four sets of full-automatic heat treatment lines, one transformer substation and one ZZ416AL vertial parting flaskless shoot squeeze molding machine. There is also equipped quality control center. The chemical composition of our products are mostly under the overal control of spectrometer. We have achieved the certification of ISO9001:2000 (Quality Management System), ISO14001:2004 (Enviromental Management System) and GB/T18001-2001 (Occupational Health & Safety Assessment System). The modernized factory, the advanced testing equipment, the perfect quality assurance system and the good production environment, all of them made a solid foundation for our products which are widely implied in many fields such as large domestic cement plants, power plants and mines.
